Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Your Guide to Our Proven, Transparent Construction Process.

How do I start a project with Infinity Construction?

Begin by scheduling an initial consultation through our website. During this meeting, we will:

  • Review your project goals

  • Share a rough estimate for time and cost

  • Outline our proven process for success
From there, we will create a Plan/Estimate Contract tailored to your specific needs.
What is P.E.T.R.A. and how does it benefit my project?

P.E.T.R.A. stands for Professional. Estimation. Timing. Resource. Allocation. It is Infinity Construction’s proprietary software system used for integrated estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
With P.E.T.R.A., we can:

  • Track project progress against budgets and schedules

  • Detect and address issues early

  • Improve communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

  • Ensure projects remain on time and within budget
What is included in the Plan/Estimate Phase?

This phase involves:

  • Defining your project’s scope and goals

  • Determining required specialists (e.g., architect, structural engineer, interior decorator)

  • Completing accurate measurements and architectural plans

  • Sourcing materials and coordinating vendor appointments

  • Inviting subcontractors to assess their workspaces and submit time/cost estimates

  • Delivering a detailed and accurate final project estimate
What if my project is an addition or a remodel?
  • For additions: We coordinate with our in-house architectural firm and arrange for land surveys if needed.

  • For remodels: If no structural engineering is required, we can move directly into the Plan/Estimate Contract.
What happens during the Construction Phase?
  • A formal contract is signed based on the finalized Plan/Estimate
  • The entire project is entered into Microsoft Project for detailed scheduling
  • You receive a visual construction timeline with start and end dates, and all tasks in between
  • The schedule is updated weekly for transparency on progress and upcoming activities
Who supervises my project?

All projects are overseen by Kennon Rymer or a dedicated Jobsite Superintendent. You’ll receive daily supervision and updates throughout the build process.

How will communication be handled during construction?

We offer 24/7/365 communication access via phone, email, or text. You’re never left in the dark about your project’s progress.

What is Just-in-Time (JIT) Material Management?

JIT ensures materials are delivered only when needed, minimizing clutter and protecting your home from becoming a construction material warehouse.

How will I be billed?

We use a transparent process called “Truth in Invoicing.”

  • You receive monthly invoices for all completed activities

  • Each charge is backed by color copies of actual invoices

If we can’t produce the invoice, you’re not charged

What if changes are needed during construction?

We have a formal Change Order Process in place. Any changes to scope, cost, or timeline must be approved and signed by both you and Infinity Construction. This ensures you’re always aware of and in control of any modifications.
