ELRM1 Lyman Bath Remodel

Our clients inherited a horribly outdated bath that was just not well executed.  The positioning of the cabinets and so many other items made this master bath and master closet a disaster at best.

We took the space available and redesigned the areas to incorporate new cabinetry, new master closet shelving, and we were able to move the laundry into the Master Suite such that they could do everything needed within the confines of their suite.

The cabinetry was an elegant white with all the bells and whistles and we additionally installed a fantastic quartz top with deep bowls to accentuate the space. The shower was previously a closed in dark space, so we took out its confines and installed a half wall with glass on two sides thereby giving it a vastly improved amount of new light.

If that was not enough, we installed new stylish fixtures, silent exhaust fans and custom mirrors from Bennett Galleries along with lots of new ceiling lighting. The floors were installed with tile heat underneath the beautiful Versailles pattern tile.
