Roland Complete Remodel

This project was truly an addition and a rebirth of a home combined. The first thing was the addition of over 850 sq. ft. of living space and the adjoining Garage to the Main part of the Home. The addition had a traditional roof, while the adjoining section had a sloped/flat badder roof system.

To transform this home from an old segmented room system into an “Open Concept,” over 10 interior walls were removed, and room sizes and positions were adjusted. Infinity Construction added major interior crawlspace supports to allow for the 2000 lb. Granite Island and then had to support the segmented trusses using LVLs to carry the roof span to open up the interior.

Finally, all new LVP Flooring in concert with refinishing the existing 3/4″ Hardwood along with new doors, hardware, trim, ceiling texture, appliances, custom bookshelves, custom closet shelving, New lighting, Tile Master Shower, Tile Floors, Granite Vanities, and much much more rounded out the finishing touches on the interior.

Let us not forget the exterior with new siding installed, new gutters, and a general freshening up.
