I could not decide whether to renovate my old house built in 1970 or sell it. I interviewed several companies before Kennon showed up at my door with a wonderful vision for my home that I could have never imagined.
He was knowledgeable and I had confidence in his detailed plan for making my home new again. Kennon was with me every step of the way, shopping with me and guiding me to make good decisions about all the things I needed. He made the process so easy!!! He communicated daily and responded to my calls and texts immediately. Kennon was such a pleasure to work with. He started the major renovation in May and finished, as promised, in August.
Everything was seamless. He tore out walls, gave me a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new siding on the house, new gutters, new lighting, a new front porch, a new HVAC system, etc…..basically, my home does not resemble where we started. It is beyond beautiful!
Kennon also introduced me to Shae Design who helped with the kitchen and bathroom designs, the flooring, the lighting, the decor, the paint, and new furniture. I can not say enough good things about Shae Seeber. Kennon and Shae communicated and worked together to make my home NEW and gorgeous! If you are looking for a construction company for renovating anything…do not waste your time with other companies.

We highly recommend Infinity Construction. We purchased a home that was built in 1929. Infinity managed major infrastructure improvements including: a complete replacement of the HVAC system and ductwork, replumbing and installing a new water main, sewage line replacement, and major electrical updates. Two bathrooms and a half-bath were also renovated. All exterior doors were replaced with high-efficiency and high-quality materials. The floors were refinished and a completely new paint job throughout. The process was extremely transparent with cost and expectation setting.
All of Kennon’s subcontractors are trustworthy and professional. He makes sure they hit deadlines and manage within budget.
The quality of craftsmanship and knowledge of all parties working on the project were of the highest order. Communication was thorough. Changes were always discussed, suggestions made, and final decisions were left to us.

Kennon Rymer leads Infinity Construction, LLC. They have done extensive renovations on our 100 year old house including guttering, painting, brick repair, HVAC, plumbing, sewage, and electrical renovation, kitchen renovation (involving major structural alterations), repair/replacement of windows, roofing, and numerous other repairs.
Throughout the process, Kennon was professional, responsive, available, friendly, and thorough. His personal integrity and work ethic are superlative. We have worked with other contractors in the past, but his quality of work and professionalism was head and shoulders above others. He was present and took ownership of subs and their work, was financially responsible and transparent in cost and pricing, and has followed through promptly, even many months after completing the project. Kennon is a great contractor and high quality human being.

Infinity Construction came across our radar during an exhaustive search for a team to remodel our old, sad and not so functional master bath. From the outset, Infinity Construction and Kennon seemed like a gift too good to be true. We ultimately ended up with our new bathroom, a brand-new kitchen, along with other small mods around the home that made big improvements. I found Infinity Construction by researching contractors in the Knoxville area using Google as many friends/relatives had a negative experience with their contractor and would not provide a recommendation. The owner, Kennon, was very prompt to respond, come to my house and view the scope of the project and discuss his estimate process. This was a new process for me as you pay for the estimate but you end up with a detailed plan and timeline so you can make a decision on how to proceed. Once we agreed to proceed work started very quickly. The workers were all on time, very professional and took care with our home while doing their work. Kennon would stop by every work day to verify what was to be done and check on progress and generally would come back at the end of the day to make sure things were clean. The work turned out fantastic, under budget and on time. I would highly recommend Infinity Construction for your remodeling project.
Our job was to completely remodel a commercial kitchen/employee break room downtown in our office building. After two contractors had failed to enter a complete bid on the project, we turned to Infinity, of which we knew nothing about beforehand. Kennon came by and not only gave us an estimate, he gave us a timeline and schedule. He brought out things we had not thought of and even encountered permit issues that were never anticipated. Through it all, he took complete control, did all the leg work, kept everyone working and on schedule. Working everyday with an office full of people with minimal noise and no dust. They finished on time and fully within our budget estimate. We could not have been more pleased with the quality, professionalism, and enthusiastic approach this team took with us. A worry free project, fully complete and now in use by the entire group of employees. The reviews from all of them have been great. For any future work here or at my home there is only one firm that I will call.
My spouse and I purchased our “retirement home” almost 10 years ago in anticipation of moving here in 2019. While rented for 9 years, it was abused somewhat but we knew we were in for updating the 50 year old home. We were over 1000 miles away, so selecting a dependable construction company was vital. We had to have someone we could trust to do the right thing. Infinity met that need. Our 4 bedroom, 4 bath home carried secrets from previous updates. (Don’t they all HGTV?) We met with Kennon for an initial walk thru and knew we had found the company for us. As the design moved forward, we were kept in constant contact via email, text, pictures and phone calls. Each “secret” was addressed within hours and construction moved forward on time and on budget. Small changes were no problem for Kennon, and we ended up with our dream retirement home. And it was all done remotely, with only a minimum of face to face visits. The home has exceeded our vision, but not Kennon’s. As some say…..”He’s ‘da man!
Our master bathroom remodel was recently completed by Infinity Construction. After looking up reviews and websites for contractors in our area, I chose to contact Infinity Construction. I made a great choice! Kennon listened to what we wanted and needed in our bathroom, and he came up with a beautiful design and made great recommendations. We signed a contract, and the process began with choosing finishes and getting a schedule for completion. The vendors and subs were top notch. They treated us and our home with respect, and the quality of their workmanship showed with our end result. We now have a beautiful, functional bathroom which was completed earlier than promised, and it was under budget!

If you are contemplating remodeling in the future look no further than Kennon Rymer and Infinity Construction. My wife and I recently moved back to the Knoxville area after almost a forty year absence. Our goal on returning was to remodel a 1964 basement rancher which had been in the family since then. Not knowing where to start we were very fortunate to contact Kennon Rymer of Infinity Construction. He impressed us from the initial consultation. We completely renovated the existing house and added a master suite and 3 car garage. Kennon gave us a complete schedule for the renovation and a detailed estimate showing costs for every aspect of the renovation. Kennon was on site practically everyday kept us apprised during the construction where we stood on the schedule and costs. We were amazed at how close to the schedule the work was being completed. The subcontractors were outstanding and did fantastic work. We had frequent contact with the subcontractors and they were very appreciative of allowing them to do the work. If any obstacles arose Kennon was always able to suggest alternatives he would discuss with us. We are blessed to have such a beautiful home. Kennon basically made the 6 month project stress free and his constant contact gave us the peace of mind we needed. We highly recommend Kennon and Infinity Construction.
As someone who has worked in large-scale industrial engineering-construction for 20 years, I was apprehensive about finding the “right” company to meet my needs. With two years of water accumulated damage in the crawlspace and unknown level of structure damage, I didn’t want someone I couldn’t trust. After researching Infinity Construction, and checking a few references, I am glad we decided on Infinity Construction. Kennon and his team had the requisite experience and knowledge to know what our needs were to correct the water/mold issue in the crawl space. As the tile in the bath and the shower needed to be reworked, we decided to add heated floors, nicer quartz surfaces for the shower and counters, larger sinks and more contemporary fixtures. We also removed two small walls to turn a his-her closet setup into a large master suite closet.
Kennon Rhymer was ready and available to support us during the entire Infinity process. The plan did have a minor schedule setback due to the fabrication, fit and finish for the quartz surfaces (counters and shower surround). Otherwise, cost and schedule were in alignment with the estimated (and expected) value. I would recommend Kennon and Infinity for your future construction needs.
Our experience with Kennon was more than stellar. He was here when he said he would be, he was accessible whenever we needed him and he had very competent people that worked for him. He brought in a skilled carpenter to put wood on a vaulted ceiling. This was definitely a difficult job but turned out to be a work of art. He far exceeded our expectations for a contractor and we would recommend him highly to anyone. Kennon Is very detailed and stays on top of things. He kept us informed of who and what would be happening next. Great experience!
